$NOW - ChatGPT’s top software pick. Prompt: You have your career on the line at a top hedge fund firm. You need to pick a software stock based on all various info you have. It need to increase at least 30% by year end. Which one are you picking and why? Give the detailed thesis and how it compares to other software stocks Commentary: If my job depended on picking ONE software stock to gain 30%+ by year-end, I’d pick → ServiceNow $NOW Here’s the full thesis 👇 1) We’re entering Phase 3 of the AI cycle •Phase 1: Infrastructure (chips + cloud) → already priced •Phase 2: Data platforms → mid-cycle •Phase 3: Workflow automation → just beginning Companies don’t buy AI to chat. They buy AI to cut labor costs and automate work. ServiceNow sits directly in the path of AI ROI. 2) NOW is the “operating system of enterprise work” ServiceNow runs the workflows behind: • IT support • HR requests • Security operations • Customer service • Procurement & finance AI agents plug directly into these workflows → instant ROI. This is where AI goes from hype → budgets. 3) The growth re-acceleration setup Software stocks don’t need hyper-growth to rally 30%+. They need growth re-acceleration + multiple expansion. NOW catalysts: • AI upsell cycle accelerating • Large enterprise deal momentum • Subscription growth re-accelerating • SaaS valuations still below prior highs When sentiment flips, SaaS re-rates FAST. 4) Massive TAM expansion underway Old narrative: IT service management software New narrative: AI-powered enterprise platform Every company has thousands of manual workflows. AI replacing human tasks = trillion-dollar opportunity. This is the same TAM expansion story that powered Salesforce in the 2010s. 5) Why NOT the other big software names? Microsoft ($MSFT) → already priced for AI dominance Snowflake ($SNOW) → still rebuilding growth narrative Datadog ($DDOG) → IT optimization headwinds linger CrowdStrike ($CRWD) → great momentum, but higher volatility NOW has the cleanest re-rating path. Cloud was the last decade. AI workflow automation is the next one. If I had to bet my career on one software stock into year-end → $NOW.

Let’s be clear on something. If someone starts a war and then loses it, that’s not genocide. Furthermore, if the victim of this so-called genocide can make it end the second they want to, that too is not genocide. Hamas, with the support of the majority of Gaza (according to any and all polls) attacked Israel and lost. That’s not genocide. If any of Israel’s enemies put down their weapons and stop attacking Israel, there will be peace immediately. All Hamas had to do and has to do is lay down its weapons and the war ends. They don’t want to because they want to keep attacking Israel? When Israel retaliates, that’s not called genocide. And for all you morons saying Israel killed tens of thousands of children in Gaza, kindly answer me two questions: 1- What is your source for those numbers? Spoiler: I know the answer. It’s the Gaza health ministry. They’re the only source for Gaza numbers. Israel didn’t release any official numbers. Who do you think runs said ministry? If you guessed Hamas, you win 10 points. 2- If Israel killed all those tens of thousands of innocent people, since you know the exact numbers, tell me, how many terrorists did Israel kill? I ask because remember the Gaza health ministry? Yea, they don’t differentiate between civilian and terrorist. They also don’t differentiate between someone who died in war and someone who died from natural causes. In other words, when you go around claiming Israel committed genocide and killed tens of thousands of innocent people in Gaza, you are walking around quoting rapists and pedophiles who lie when they breathe. Israel has never started a war. Israel has also never lost a war. Oh, and one more thing. If Israel wanted to commit genocide in Gaza, if Israel wanted to kill every Gazan like these idiots claim, there would be no buildings standing and no Gazan breathing. Think. Use your brain. Even if you believe the ridiculous 70,000 number, divide that by the amount of bombs Israel dropped (assuming the math isn’t too hard for you.) and what you’ll get is the opposite of genocide. If Israel is so strong like you claim it is when you accuse Israel of retaliating disproportionately, then how did israel, according to Hamas’ own numbers not kill millions? Wanna know why? Because Israel never set out to commit anything even remotely resembling genocide. Israel never set out to flatten Gaza or kill all Gazans. Israel’s objectives for the war in Gaza are clear as are the objectives in Iran and Lebanon. Glad we cleared that up. Does this look like genocide to you?

Are people really this short-sided? Zero EPS growth is a MASSIVE stretch. When you're growing top-line revenue at ~30% with their gross margins, operating leverage easily outpaces the depreciation drag from the GPU/data center buildout. ALSO, Depreciation is a non-cash charge. Look at the Free Cash Flow. Meta prints cash and is aggressively buying back shares. That shrinking share count organically boosts EPS, even if D&A temporarily weighs on GAAP net income In the end, I'll gladly take a temporary depreciation hit on hardware that drives the best ad-targeting algorithm on the planet over a software company relying on SBC to hide a 40x P/E

For everyone slobbering over $NOW stock after its +50% selloff…. Stop trying to catch the falling knife. There are still better options in the market even after the valuation of ServiceNow has been cut in half. Why buy a stock battling a doom narrative, growing revenue in the low 20s, and hiding a ~40x forward P/E behind massive stock-based compensation? When you could buy $META, which has: • No doom narrative • Arguably one of the widest moats on planet earth • Expected to grow revenue ~30% YoY • Less than a 20x forward P/E when considering Employee stock expenses are ALREADY fully deducted from the bottom line. Meta gives you transparent, consistent, and economic earnings. Stop paying a premium for dilution when the narrative has changed and the pricing power has been stripped away.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t sleep last night and I’m a bit irritable. I shared my $NOW buy because people keep asking what I’m buying or selling, and I wanted to oblige, not because I’m looking to debate or defend it. I’m not here to justify my thinking or argue over PE, SBC, EPS, FCF, GAAP or non GAAP, or whatever angle you want to take. I’ve been doing this for almost 20 years and I’m more than comfortable making decisions on my own. Investing isn’t a group activity. If your conviction depends on consensus or justification, you don’t have conviction, you have a vote. Markets don’t pay you for agreeing with the crowd, they pay you for being right when the crowd is wrong. Everyone wants to argue about a multiple or a quarter or whatever, but very few people actually think through a business over 5 to 10 years. Look at your own behavior. How many stocks have you held for a decade? What does your transaction history in your brokerage actually look like? Nothing against discussion, it’s just not how I invest. When I share a buy or sell, it’s simply that, sharing. Not an invitation to debate, convince, or relitigate the work I’ve already done. Going forward, I won’t be sharing my trades publicly. Not because I have anything to hide, but because this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. 🌹
Rose Celine Investments 🌹@realroseceline

I don’t usually post my buys or sells, but a few days ago I added meaningfully to $NOW at around ~16x earnings. Time will tell whether I’m a genius or an idiot. Sales were up ~22%, basically in line, and they slightly raised 2025 guidance. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing broken either. A few Middle East deals slipped because of the conflict. That looks like timing, not something structural. This is where it gets interesting. The business didn’t suddenly deteriorate, but the multiple did. Forward PE was around ~16, which is as low as it’s been in many years. Everyone is focused on AI as a risk to software. Maybe that plays out. But for a platform like $NOW, there’s a real chance AI becomes an accelerant, not a disruptor. We’ll see what happens over the next few years. 🌹
