@nemesisshocked @mcdizzle17 Discovery on jurisdiction, then they'll rule on jurisdiction, then if that succeeds they'll rule on summary judgement.
If it fails at jurisdiction they might move venue to California, which if they do they will surely file motion to dismiss under SLAPP.
