Week 252 of married life update: I got my wife three new 6 and a half foot shelves for books. I’ve challenged her to fill them up. Did I make a mistake? Maybe.

Week 251 of married life update: Tbt to week 249 talking about bathrobes. We both came down with a cold or something after visiting Portland and we spent all weekend sick in our bathrobes. People should get more bathrobes.

Week 247 of married life update: At my crawfish boil she mentions something about my playlist being better than usual. I correct her in that it’s @CalebUpson ‘s country playlist. Her: “OH this makes so much more sense.” Daggers.

Week 246 of married life update: We were driving by corn fields and she mentioned… do you ever wish you were a giant and you can lay on a corn field because it’ll probably feel nice because it’s in a row and stuff and would be nice if it could hold you up.

Week 245 of married life update: In one of my wife’s discord communities that she’s in, someone said “anything East Asian is anime.” She chimed in: “my husband is Anime.” I am now walking around saying I am Anime.

Week 244 of married life update: Her: “Okay I’m hungry.” Me: “Okay let me get some socks and I’ll be ready.” Me: *gets socks and sits in the front room* *10 minutes pass* Me: “Are you hungry or what?” Her: “OH I thought you were still getting socks.”

Week 243 of married life update: We are living our best suburban life. Our Christmas cactus finally bloomed!

Week 242 of married life update: Today our car conversation consisted of me asking “do you think Superman can sterilize dudes with his X-ray vision?” Her: *Gives me the biggest WTF face of our marriage* Her: “what?”
