Why do research in upland communities? Upland communities are situated within a slope greater than 18%. These areas are considered as frontier peripheries lacking access to goods and services. In a fieldwork in Nagcarlan we observed a barangay not having acess to water & toilets.

Ito ang burol ni Ka Rene Villarin. Tubong Calatrava, nasawi kasama si Ka Jhong sa Toboso. Higit 30 taon nagsilbi sa hukbo.
