How fast is your 5K? • 12–14 min = Olympic-level • 14–18 min = Elite • 18–22 min = Competitive • 22–25 min = Average • 25–30 min = Fit enough • 30–40 min = Beginner Over 40? You’re out there trying. And honestly… that counts more than people admit. Most people won’t even test themselves over 5K. They’ll stay comfortable and never find out. You did. That already puts you in a different group.

Insane how far road marathons have evolved in 15 years. I trained my ass off to hit a 3:15- now a slow time😥😂

@JWLevitt @mounttocoast Why not just run an ultra? 100k and 100 milers on trail much more enjoyable.

2 Marathons. 1 Day. 52.4 Miles. We started at the finish line at 3am and ran all the way to the starting line, just in time for seven of us to turn around and run the official race. This is the "Double Boston" with the @mounttocoast crew. Why? "Because we can."

@DougPolkVids Why does it feel like poker is no longer cool. Dirt bags everywhere. I’m sure 95% of the players were always broke, but it was not well known. Does anyone really look up to anyone in the game anymore. Everything that intrigued me 20 years ago is gone.

There willl come a day where the poker community becomes truly unbearable. A day where every, single, poker "personality" is a poker company represented ambassador. A day where poker social media becomes an affiliate code ridden cesspool. That day happened awhile ago.

@robbiehendricks Where I’m from you can get a quality detail for $80. I do my own, but if I didn’t I would much rather do something like this 4+times a year. Save the crazy deep detail for maybe trying to increase resale value.

@timgecko It’s really about the interior. My kids destroy it, along with winter. A car wash is nothing special. It’s the interior work I care most about.

Once or twice a year, I have a young guy come clean my car. Comes to my house directly. Basically restores the vehicle to brand new condition. Cost is about $350 after tip, but it’s worth it. Showroom condition. He does two cars a day. So many referrals he can’t handle all the volume. Takes weekends off. 6 weeks off a year. $700/day. $3500/wk. $161,000/year. Not a bad gig. (If you’re in Cincinnati, I’ll get you his contact. Great guy.)
