The first 100 days of any leadership role is vital. When hiring design executives, it’s one of the most important roles in any business if done correctly.

Being a 2nd time founder is interesting. I’ve been used to delegating and hiring people better than me in my business to literally setting up Notion pages and stuff I am just so bad at but need to get it done. Time to hire a VA.

Hire designers based on what they can bring to the table, not shiny logos on their resume. There are so many great designers you’ve never heard of.
