Daredevil: Born Again shows why Sam Wilson was right to keep The Avengers away from Val's control. In the latest episode of Born Again, we hear that Charles is going around collecting superpowered people, likely on behalf of Val. They are even willing to break into Jessica Jones' house to detain or possibly kill her. This shows that Valentina Allegra de Fontaine should not be running the Avengers. The ending of Thunderbolts said that the New Avengers were holding her crimes over her to control her, but Born Again Season 2 shows she has not really changed. Even with the New Avengers in charge, she is still using them to her advantage. Val formed the team that saved New York and now she is using that to stay in power. Sam is right to sue them for the name because the Avengers should not be in Val's hands. She is still doing the same wrong things she did before forming the team, but now she is hiding behind the title of the one who created the New Avengers. Val is still as evil as ever and Sam is right to not want the Avengers name in her hands. #DaredevilBornAgain
