The way I approach career decisions is by having trading act as the reference point to compare every potential path to. Being a solo operator providing a product or service you genuinely love and believe in to a close knit community of friends and soon to be friends, also pricelessly meaningful Whether employed or doing your own thing, fancy title or behind the scenes, onsite or remote, etc. These don't matter as much as feeling excited when you wake up, present throughout the day, and calm when you go to bed In the absence of that internal sense of alignment, would much rather continue to press buttons as a humble NEET over doing anything else. Zero interest in having to put up with BS. Either full freedom and embrace the unique challenges that come with it, or sacrificing it for a greater cause and embracing the unique challenges that come with it. Anything in the middle is spiritual suffering
