Trump is trying to do the opposite. He is pushing a deal that is supposed to take nuclear leverage away from Iran, reopen the Strait of Hormuz, stop another Middle East disaster, and force peace through strength instead of giving the regime another weak handshake and calling it diplomacy. That is why Obama is nervous. This is not just about Iran. This is about legacy. If Trump gets a stronger deal, enforces it, and proves that pressure works better than appeasement, then the entire Obama foreign policy fantasy collapses in front of the world. 47 is not trying to copy Obama.
