School teaches compliance, but also school teaches discipline, showing up, being on time, and more.

They want to see:
– Can you build a REST API?
– Can you read someone else's code?
– Can you ship without hand-holding?
Stop grinding Leetcode for interviews that don't exist here.
Build something instead.
