We can introduce a green line to the density graph just previously shown to find an area that a credit spread can work. If market density at 4:00pm est and the 9:30am est market open loosely follows that line a credit spread beneath that line works. And if price action does not follow that line at a minimum and gets beneath it then a credit spread at that line does not work. Mathematically given prior historical price action it tends to work more than it doesn't work.

We do have an issue with the progress of QQQ. Thursday, we burned up an H value it would be a 3h (small h) as it did not move the ball and carve out a new high. The market needs something Monday and beyond to keep the ball moving forward "price" to have any shot at all to break out of the red zone. Market is looking for incoming information to validate the long move/rally that is currently in progress. #STOCKMARKET #QQQ $QQQ $FRACTALEXCHANGE

Here is the setup. Do we have enough bullish information incoming into the market to allow us to escape the red zone - historical resistance? Or does the long extension above the pivot stall out and stop dead in its tracks? ... The C615 would benefit by a breakout of red zone and a continued climb but, it rarely happens. Cost is low risk of achieving the 627.75 is high due to over 500 days of volatility only 1 time has this occurred given it very low probability. OMM -> this is our market maker information. Through this information we can determine whom is in control of the session either bulls or bears.
Bottom of graph far right if red line is rising above other lines bulls in control of session. If light green line is rising and above other lines bears are in control of session. This is synthetic trading that derives these values. Its analogous to playing chess with the market pre-determining where price will go ahead of time.
Top white lines = ceiling
Bottom white line = floor
We derive where market makers have their volatility envelope on the session or for the week for that matter. We reverse engineer basically their books.
