@rcvisdotcom What is the threshold to win supposed to tell you? If it's not representative of the 50% +1 you need in RCV, how do you calculate it here?

@rcvisdotcom I’m upset that our local elections have been usurped by RCV - our real votes have been replaced by indirect future virtual voting rounds determined by an algorithm. This should be unconstitutional!
