Most people that complain about prop firm rules never get payouts. They should just trade a cash account.

Do not get into trading if you do not have any savings.

Anyone that quits trading in less than 4 years is equivalent to a college drop out.

Here’s why I think it’s stupid and a waste of time passing a 150K account. You have to make $18K to get a $3000-$4500 payout. You have to first make $9000 profit goal. Then buy the funded then make another $9000 profit goal. The cost would be roughly $300. And that’s if you even pass the first time ( not guaranteed) If you make 9K on Tradeify you get a $3000 payout versus making 18K compared to other firms. It’s logical to buy a straight to funded for $400-$500 and get $6000 drawdown. Topstep and MFF only offers $4500 drawdown. tradeify.co/ref/TIP/

If your life outside of trading is a mess. Your trading will be a mess.

In the beginning it is important to use small account to learn. As you improve you need to slowly increase funding and scale up.

It doesn’t matter how you feel. Stick to the plan.

Trading is about mastering your emotions. Failure to master them = failure to make it in trading.

Most traders would benefit from taking one trade per day then hopping off. Most get emotional after the first trade and execute poorly.

Most traders would win a lot more if they just learned to wait for their setups.

How you manage your losing trades is far more important than how you manage your winning trades.

It's not about proving the market you are right. It's about knowing when you are wrong and walking away.

Your biggest losses will happen when you tilt and revenge trade.

Going into the markets with expectation will only destroy you. Don’t set any expectation. Focus on the process. The profits will come.
