The proposal stipulates: • A mandatory death sentence, without requiring unanimity. • Execution by hanging, to be carried out by the prison authorities. • Implementation of the sentence within a defined period of up to 90 days. • No possibility of pardon. The bill is set to be brought to a vote in the Knesset next week for its second and third readings.
