Today @SeriesMania in Lille, 9 countries made a strong choice: creativity, storytelling and working together. France, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Poland and Portugal signed the @coe Convention on the co-prouction of series. A movement is underway.
