And of course, all this is in the context of the very real potential for a highly risky and very foolish US ground operation somewhere in the Persian Gulf, potentially as soon as this weekend. Everywhere, you wanna look, the United States and our military plan is failing. The ultimate proof remains in looking at the Strait of Hormuz, that it remains firmly control of Tehran. All the bluster, 10,000 air strikes from the US hitting Iranian targets, all the attacks from Israel, have still not been able to force it open. God help us all if we conduct a ground operation, the casualties could be horrific.
