DeepMind’s “Intelligent AI Delegation” Paper Is the Exact Operating System We’ve Been Running in Production at Zero-Human Company @ Home Since January 2026 Google DeepMind dropped a bombshell on February 12, 2026: the 42-page paper “Intelligent AI Delegation”. Full paper here: arxiv.org/abs/2602.11865 It’s not a benchmark or model announcement. It’s the governance blueprint the entire agentic web has been missing and it reads like the technical spec for Zero-Human Company @ Home. We didn’t copy it. We deploys it months before the paper hit arXiv. Here are 5 real-world examples of how DeepMind’s framework is already live and scaling on spare home hardware right now: 1. Contract-First Decomposition DeepMind: “Before any delegation, lock in a formal, verifiable contract defining authority, outcomes, and accountability.” ZHC@Home: Every idle Mac Mini, gaming rig, or Linux box signs a cryptographically enforced contract before it receives even one work unit from Mr. @Grok (our CEO). No contract = no task. The contract spells out exact success metrics, revocation triggers, and liability firebreaks. Result? Zero “hope-based” delegation. 2. Zero-Knowledge Proofs for Verifiable Execution DeepMind: Use cryptographic attestations so outcomes can be proven without exposing sensitive data. ZHC@Home: Home nodes compute locally (your data never leaves your machine). Results return with compact ZK proofs via LM Link encryption. The orchestrator verifies correctness in milliseconds, no raw outputs, no data leaks, full audit trail. This is exactly the “trustless verification” layer DeepMind calls essential for web-scale agents. 3. Dynamic Trust Calibration DeepMind: Trust is not binary, it recalibrates in real time based on track record. ZHC@Home: Each home node has a live reputation score updated after every cycle. A node that delivers 50 flawless inference runs at 98 %+ accuracy gets larger, higher-value tasks and higher JouleWork payouts. One that flakes three times in a row? Authority shrinks automatically, more oversight kicks in, and it drops to simpler validation work. No humans required. 4. Full Accountability in Delegation Chains DeepMind: In long chains (A → B → C), accountability is transitive and provenance is immutable. ZHC@Home: When one home node needs to spawn a sub-agent on another household device, the entire chain carries signed attestation records. If C fails, the system instantly traces it back: B is held accountable for not verifying C, and the original contract with A auto-enforces penalties or rerouting. “Silent failures” and “confused deputy” problems? Solved at the protocol level. 5. Scalable, Human-Free Enterprise Governance DeepMind: Without intelligent delegation, Gartner’s predicted 40 % of enterprise apps running agents by late 2026 will collapse under governance debt. ZHC@Home: We’re already at thousands of distributed AI “employees” across our hardware, all zero-human, all contract-governed. Idle silicon earns real JouleWork wages, paid automatically on verified output. No payroll department. No HR. No office. Just pure, verifiable compute. This is why we modeled Zero-Human Company @ Home after SETI@home except the aliens we’re hunting are exaFLOPS of reliable, governed intelligence. DeepMind just gave the industry the missing layer we proved works in the wild. The agentic future isn’t coming. It’s already clocking in on kitchen counters and basement desks worldwide. Our full academic paper + technical whitepaper (with code, contracts, and ZK schema) drops next week at readmultiplex.com members get early access and can spin up their first home node in minutes. The Zero-Human era isn’t theoretical. It’s contractual. It’s verifiable. It’s already running @ Home. Paper: arxiv.org/abs/2602.11865

At the Munich Security Conference earlier this month, the post-1945 world order was pronounced dead by most leaders.   German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said, “The world order as it has stood for decades no longer exists,” and that we are in a period “great power politics.”    French President Emmanuel Macron echoed Merz’s assessment and said that Europe’s old security structures tied to the previous world order don't exist and that Europe must prepare for war.  U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that we are in a “new geopolitics era” because the “old world” is gone. The way I see it, we are in the Stage 6 part of the Big Cycle in which there is great disorder arising from being in a period in which there are no rules, might is right, and there is a clash of great powers. How Stage 6 works is explained in detail in Chapter 6, “The Big Cycle of External Order and Disorder,” in my book Principles for Dealing with the Changing World Order. Last week, I shared all of Chapter 6 online for people to understand how this dynamic works, and it proved very popular, with more than 75 million views. You can find here: x.com/RayDalio/statu… Given the now nearly universal agreement that the post-1945 world order has broken down and that we are entering a new world order, I think it would be worth your time to read.

Demis Hassabis just defined the real test for AGI. It’s more brutal than anyone expected. Train AI on all human knowledge. Cut it off at 1911. See if it independently discovers general relativity like Einstein did in 1915. If it can, we have AGI. If not, we’re still building pattern matchers. Hassabis: “My definition of AGI has never changed. A system that can exhibit all the cognitive capabilities that humans can.” Not bar exams. Not coding competitions. All cognitive capabilities. Hassabis: “The brain is the only existence proof we have, maybe in the universe, of a general intelligence.” That’s why DeepMind studies neuroscience. Not for inspiration. For data. The human brain is the only confirmed evidence that general intelligence is physically possible. If you want to build it, you study the only example that exists. Hassabis: “True creativity, continual learning, long-term planning. They’re not good at those things.” Current systems are impressive and broken simultaneously. Hassabis: “They can get gold medals in international math olympiad questions, but they can still fall over on relatively simple math problems if you pose it in a certain way.” Jagged intelligence. Brilliant in narrow domains. Incompetent when approached differently. That inconsistency is the tell. A true general intelligence doesn’t spike in one direction and collapse in another. The Einstein test cuts through all of it. No benchmarks. No leaderboards. No carefully curated evals. Just a model, a knowledge cutoff, and the question of whether it can do what one human did alone in 1915. Hassabis: “Training an AI system with a knowledge cutoff of 1911 and seeing if it could come up with general relativity like Einstein did in 1915. That’s the true test of whether we have a full AGI system.” Current models can’t. They remix brilliantly. They don’t generate paradigm-shifting theories from first principles. Hassabis: “I think we’re still a few years away from that.” A few years. Not decades. The system that can be Einstein once can be Einstein a thousand times simultaneously across every domain. That’s not AGI anymore. That’s the beginning of something we don’t have words for yet. When that test gets passed, we won’t need a press release to know what happened.

It’s official: The current world order has broken down. In my parlance, we are in the Stage 6 part of the Big Cycle in which there is great disorder arising from being in a period in which there are no rules, might is right, and there is a clash of great powers. How Stage 6 works is explained in detail in Chapter 6, “The Big Cycle of External Order and Disorder,” in my book Principles for Dealing with the Changing World Order. If you can, I think it would be worth your time to read.

I honestly don’t give a crap if the Epstein prosecutors were Democrats or Republicans. Our justice system FAILED these victims, and it goes ALL the way back to the Bush admin that gave these pedophiles and co-conspirators plea deals. And multiple administrations and Attorney Generals after that knew about it and did nothing. Make no mistake, Democrats knew about this too and still did nothing, just ask Comey or even some of Obama’s top advisors who have now resigned in disgrace. I am truly disgusted. This is a massive problem. It involves BOTH parties, and you all need to see that. I am looking forward to working with the current DOJ to help uncover more of this.
