IF we finally get a good government, a lot of people would end up in jail,to the point where people might start developing hate toward the new government cos it’ll look like it’s doing too much. we’ve normalized so much crime that kids growing up don’t even see it as something bad anymore.

Osinbajo was in power during #EndSARS, when Nigerians were killed and the military shooting at Lekki became a national trauma. He held one of the highest offices in the land, yet he was largely silent when many expected courage and clarity since he’s a “born again” Christian. Today, he speaks the language of morality and principle. People are entitled to growth and reflection, but it is fair to ask: how do you preach righteousness after serving in a government widely seen as corrupt and tied to the suffering of countless Nigerians?

Save Our Democracy. The Supreme Court of Nigeria has consistently held that lower courts should not interfere in the internal affairs of political parties. Proof: March 21, 2025 Supreme Court judgment: “No court has jurisdiction to entertain cases bordering on the internal affairs of political parties.” SDP vs INEC case: The Court reaffirmed “the long-settled legal position that the internal affairs of political parties are for the parties alone to determine” and are “beyond the reach of external interference.” Electoral Act 2026 Section 83(5): “No court in Nigeria shall entertain jurisdiction over any suit or matter pertaining to the internal affairs of a political party.” It also prescribes fines of ₦10 million or more for lawyers who file such cases. Exception: Courts may intervene in disputes arising from party primaries under the Electoral Act. However, matters such as leadership, conventions, membership, and suspensions remain internal affairs and are generally not justiciable. All in the effort to stop one man HE PO.
