When a PRESTO device displays only “ACCEPTED”, it means your tap was successful, but due to ongoing system updates, the screen may not always show the fare amount or remaining balance. Hi @GOtransit what's happening to the PRESTO machines these days, when tapping on/off, they typically shows how much you paid, remaining balance and the time you must tap off by. But sometimes it just shows "ACCEPTED", what's going on here?

Express service remains suspended due to ongoing construction related to the Ontario Line and East Harbor Transit Hub. There’s no confirmed timeline for when express trains will resume, but construction is continuing and service will be restored once the work allows it. A lot can happen in a month, and it shows at the East Harbour Transit Hub 🚧 Here’s what’s been moving on site: - Concrete is being poured for pile caps and grade beams, which form the foundation of the main station building - Preparations are underway to install girders that will carry new rail tracks over Broadview Avenue - Excavation is complete and backfilling is now underway to improve ground stability for support structures Once complete, the East Harbour Transit Hub will connect GO Transit and the Ontario Line subway in one place – unlocking new routes across the city and helping reduce travel times.

@GOtransit why are you train temperatures always so hot. It’s impossible to sit on the top floor in the winter with the heat blasting . If they train is full and people are in jackets - just keep the air flowing but turn the damn heat off . Are your trains just too old ??

@GOtransit @Metrolinx this bus didn’t stop even my daughter requested stop. She took this bus around 4:30 at sheppard and yonge bound for square one. She requested stop at Keele and 401 but this bus didn’t stop! Another passenger she said requested stop but the bus didn’t stop

Customers in the Niagara region were directed to use GO Bus Route 12, which runs between St. Catharines (Fairview Mall) and Niagara Falls, allowing riders to connect back toward their original departure points during the disruption. Hi, thank you for reaching out. Ontario’s One Fare Program lets riders pay only once when transferring between participating transit agencies, including TTC, GO Transit, and other 905 systems. It applies when you use a PRESTO card, PRESTO in Google Wallet, a credit or debit card, or an eligible transit pass. For TTC–GO trips, the TTC portion is free, and if you start on the TTC, your TTC fare is deducted from your final GO fare. For TTC–905 trips, the second part of your trip is free as long as you tap within GO Transit’s three-hour transfer window. For more details, please visit bit.ly/3LJsIWE. Hello Nicolas, Thanks for reaching out. The $10 One‑Day Weekend Pass is valid on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays. In April, it will be valid on Good Friday, April 3, which is a statutory holiday. April 6 is not a holiday. It’s a regular weekday, so the $10 Holiday/Weekend Pass would not apply on that date.
