This a hugely important report on the human rights emergency which is the ongoing failure to ensure all people with learning disabilities can receive the care they need in their own communities, not in an institution, including key recommendations on forensic services.

We know how to do better. This is a great piece of work by @ScotHumanRights, putting the spotlight on a national shame. The report is a template for how to use human rights measurement for accountability. It also provides a toolkit for human rights defenders. @cchangescotland
