@repustirling Use my tools. Meditation, therapy etc. Also, something a therapist told me that changed my life, “no one can make u believe something about yourself that you don’t already believe about yourself” if that noise triggers you, dive into that trigger, that’s where the treasure is.

@katyperry This is really important. In my family, I feel like because of very different political opinions and after my grandmother passed away, we ended up drifting apart and not having those moments anymore. I really miss us being united again. 😔
