If clients dont understand that artists have lives and if a mf is asleep they probably won't answer then they NEED NOT REQUEST A COMM. Id block so fast and be done because if you're impatient with THAT you're going to be impatient during the start of the art and if you want someone to rush then prepare for a sloppy outcome.
