@krakensupport Kraken is holding my money in my account. They locked my account for 3 months for no reason and I can't withdraw my funds at all. Now they said my account will be closed in 10 days but I still can't withdraw my funds. I've sent request forms and still I never got a reply.

@krakensupport Hi there, i recently joined Kraken 6 days ago. I was verified and when it came time to deposit, I used Etranfer as it said it would be instant. I deposited $600CAD and since then I cant use it nor have I revived much help with in app chat. Emails are unanswered to.

@watergoestosea Good question! Even when a network is supported, some token/network combos (like WETH on certain L2s) still fall outside what we can action right now. It's not your case being treated differently, just which combos are supported. 🐙

@krakensupport It's well above, nonetheless you refused saying it's technically impossible. In your page you say that's a standard case recoverable with a $200 fee.
