When Officers arrived on scene, they discovered a deceased woman who was later identified as 25-year-old Ursula Graham. Her death has been ruled a homicide. Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the North Little Rock Police Department Tip Line at (501) 680-8439 or Detective Tommy Hudson at (501) 906-5015. ***UPDATED INFORMATION*** On September 12, 2025, at approximately 8:18 p.m., Officers with the NLRPD responded to the North Little Rock High School Football Stadium in reference to a shooting. Officers, who were working at the stadium, quickly located an adult male victim in the visitor’s section. He had sustained at least one gunshot wound, which has been determined to be non-life-threatening. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Detectives with the North Little Rock Police Department were notified and responded to the scene to initiate an investigation into the shooting. We encourage anyone who may have information regarding this incident to contact the NLRPD Tip Line at (501) 680-8439 or Detective Gibbons at (501) 771-7149. #P25-008500 – On Aug. 31 at 4:52 p.m., PCSO Deputies responded to a train vs. vehicle accident on Perkins Street in Wrightsville. The female driver was pronounced deceased. A male passenger was critically injured & taken to UAMS. Investigation ongoing. #PCSONEWS

At approx. 7AM, first responders were dispatched to Main St & Broadway Bridge after a jogger reported a body in the water. PCSO Water Patrol recovered a deceased male. CID is en route. No further details at this time. #PCSONEWS
