A gloriously timely precedent transaction for $CTH and #MKA’s HyProMag USA and its impending NASDAQ listing - likely also via SPAC merger, and likely to be announced in the next few months, possibly weeks. It validates the predictions of many us holders, that HyP USA could be valued at (well) north of $1bn, at its IPO price. And as you state - this precedent transaction also provides a very punchy read-across valuation for the ex-USA HyProMag businesses. H&P’s 240p target price by Christmas this year suddenly appears eminently achievable…!

I’m going to file this because no way will there be 400,000 new ‘clean energy jobs’ between now and 2030 — unless the definition is so wide as to be meaningless. So let’s set the base. How many ‘clean energy jobs’ are there now, early 2026, what’s the definition and the breakdown? Then we can monitor progress, or the lack thereof.

The planned SPAC deal to list MKA’s upstream projects in the US, as well as a mooted listing of HyProMag USA, could bring forward strategic value yet to be reflected in the parent market cap, in our view: a 14x multiple, in line with US recyclers, would imply a 2030 EV of US$0.91bn (attrib.) for HyProMag USA alone.
