I am in a slump (kinda), but I took a look at this year's results so far +4.8 units on placement bets (Top 5/10/20/30/40) -30 on FRLs, Outrights, Eachways, Round Leaders etc Somehow, I have lost my way chasing the big whales instead of yanking decent sized fish out the water with regularity and reasonable certainty. My "specialty" is the placement markets and despite having a bad year, we are profitable in those markets but I have lost my way allocating the correct amount of funds to the bets I am best at. It took me 3 months to realize, which is disgusting in its own right, but I am optimistic that the changes I have made to each week's betting card going forward will focus more on what I am best at and less on chasing whales. It's a boring approach, but its way more fun winning bets, than losing fun bets. 🚀🚀🚀
