Ethiopia 🇪🇹 has secured $13 billion in investment commitments following a major business conference in Addis Ababa designed to attract foreign capital. The agreements span key sectors including manufacturing, renewable energy, agriculture, and mining. Around $10 billion of the total comes from a Chinese company planning major investments in green ammonia production, while investors from India, Singapore, and Kenya have also joined the wave of commitments. These deals represent a significant boost to Ethiopia’s economic growth and development strategy.
