+12% APY strategy - on maple market : Since new Maple market banks are now available on P0, here’s what you can do with them: --- Borrow liquidity is currently strong enough to deploy meaningful size (especially on USDT), and spreads remain attractive even at relatively high utilization (~75%). That said, based on model dynamics (rate sensitivity, user flows, and price effects), at high utilization (USDS), these are likely short-term spreads. As utilization increases and users adjust, spreads should compress and become more variable over time. At lower utilization (hyUSD), spreads should persist longer, but liquidity depth does not allow for deploying large (whale-sized) positions, but still meaningful sizes.

@Denisivanchenko @CryptoCurb @DriftProtocol Btw we’re not wrapped up with this specific edge case that involves a subset of P0 borrowers. We’ll update on that this week :) Borrowers are very important to us.

I lost 30% of my portfolio value because I had assets on @project0, getting hit with the socialized losses. Crazy to think that other people’s unfortunate losses impact me more than them in certain cases. And my borrowing and lending was 100% p0 assets only. It’s wild because the Drift lenders on p0 kind of dodge a bullet if they had borrows: although their collateral is unfortunately liquidated, they still have the borrowed assets and I have to eat the bad debt. So in some cases, I get hit harder if they had max borrows. Super frustrating 😪😪😪

has @DriftProtocol apologized to their users yet and/or provided a plan for how they plan to recoup their customers lost funds? yes- the hack was very sophisticated. no- that’s still not an excuse to sign transactions/download apps on the same device that drift admin keys are located on. no- that’s still not an excuse to have only 2/5 multisig approval + 0 timelock. I was very fortunate to not have any funds on drift/drift partners, but $250M+ in user funds were lost and so far all I’ve seen is a pity party for the drift team.
