@ray_ban do your @Meta glasses last longer than six months?! Got them in October and my touchpad is non responsive. The speaker on that side intermittently goes out too. Surely, for the cost of this product it should last at least a year. 👓🕶️🗑️🚮
@ray_ban has to have one of the worst customer service centers around. They are holding up sending me a replacement pair of metas because @UPS lost it and now they want me to become a detective and find out who lost my package? You have proof that they are lost just sen me my new pair how is this my problem?
@Meta Most advanced ever? Maybe the hardware, but the support is stuck in the dial-up era. You've had my warranty return since Dec 24, 2025. Your team is sending me error emails meant for other customers. Fix the support loop before you claim to be advanced. @Meta@Ray_Ban
@ray_ban Hey Ray Ban. You know there is a common problem with the meta glasses, the audio, especially after certain updates and yet you make no effort to resolve this for those who glasses are out of warranty. Don't buy RayBan Metas. Terrible product. #rayban#meta

@ray_ban thanks for standing behind your products and honoring your warranty. - Note to all would not recommend their Meta products. Item died on me 1 week after the 1 year warranty and they would not help. The product was only used occasionally during this 1 year period and died

Bug étrange que je n’avais jamais eu avant la V21 sur mes Ray-Ban Gen 1 et les Ray-Ban Display.
Premier bug (assez chiant) :
À n’importe quel moment, quand je porte les lunettes, le son qui se déclenche normalement quand on enlève et remet les lunettes se lance sans aucune raison.
Deuxième bug, celui qui m’a pris 10 à 15 minutes à comprendre d’où ça venait :
Meta AI ne répondait pas à mes questions et me disait soit que plusieurs lunettes étaient connectées en Bluetooth, alors que seules mes Display étaient connectées dans le Bluetooth, soit que l’écran s’éteignait à la fin de ma demande.
J’ai finalement résolu ce problème en forçant le redémarrage, puis en désactivant et réactivant Meta AI.
En revanche, pour le bug du son quand on porte les lunettes, je n’ai rien trouvé pour le corriger. Parfois, enlever les lunettes quelques secondes règle le problème, mais il revient ensuite à n’importe quel moment. Et j’ai exactement le même souci sur mes Gen 1 comme sur mes Display.
Et ces bugs sont uniquement liés au logiciel, et non au matériel

Obligé de passer par la voie des réseaux.. j’ai fait une commande début janvier on est fin mars j’ai jamais reçu la paire de lunettes des dizaines de mail rester sans réponse on m’a dis de patienter mais aucune nouvelle. Rembourser moi mes 255€ s’il vous plaît. @ray_ban
