I used to think just playing at a high level meant you could coach, evaluate, or run ops. I was wrong. Playing gives you a HUGE advantage, IF you work the CRAFT like you did as a player. Coaching is teaching. Ops & personnel is nuance. Most stop at the jersey. @LIGSportsGroup
