Seen as a temporary fix while the community debates a long-term solution.

strkBTC moves Bitcoin into an execution environment built on STARKs. STARKs use hash functions, not elliptic curves. The proving layer verifying your BTC activity is already quantum-resistant. Bitcoin's base layer hasn't made that switch yet.
