This might be the most important weekend in Kansas baseball history. Not only do they host top-15 and conference leading UCF for a chance to overtake the league’s top spot, but they also have a chance to plant a flag in the sand. Will they be college baseball’s newest villain? Or can an underdog KU team built similarly to Indiana football still be college baseball’s hero? The environment in Lawrence, in both the stands and the dugout will answer that question.
