Today felt horrible Some days the work feels easy, some days it don’t… today was NOT one of those days. Pops had me in the lab and straight cooked me on this one. No shortcuts though, just work. 💯🏈 #ClassOf2029 #DLine #TrenchWork #TrustTheProcess Warm Up (8–10 min) Jump rope heavy rope Strength + Power Block 5 rounds DB Hang Clean (65 lb DB) 6 reps each arm Goblet Squats (65 lb DB) 10 reps DB Floor Press (65 lb DBs) 10 reps Rest 90 secs then go again each set be smart son Once done. Rest for 10 min then hit part B Focus: explosive hips and upper body power (The Football Grinder) get dirty trench work. 8 rounds for time Slam Ball Slams 20 reps DB Walking Lunges (med ball 25lbs) 20 steps DB Push Press (45 lb DBs) DB Bent Over Rows (65 lb DB) reps each arm med ball thrusters Burpees Rest 2 minute between rounds

Garage work after the school lift 💪 Got extra work in the garage after school today. Power Cleans Max weight today: 185 Sets: 5 Reps: 5 Moderate–heavy weight, focusing on speed and explosion. Front Squats Max weight today: 155 (nice light and smooth) Sets: 4 Reps: 5 Working on staying upright, building quad power and core strength. Step-Ups Sets: 4 Reps: 8 each leg 35 pound DB Great for balance, knee stability, and real football strength. Finished with sprints • 15 runs • 20 yards each • Full effort Just staying in the lab after school. Trusting the process and stacking days. 💯

Active Recovery Monday 💪 Lifted at school earlier, but I still had to get some extra work in at home. Nothing crazy just staying consistent. Did 4x10 tire drags (some with breaks, some straight through) and finished with some ladder work. Just trying to get 1% better every day. Still learning. Still working. 🙏💯

Last night extra set of 325x1 Warm up jump rope 15 min • Bench Press – 5x3 (245–285 lbs). • Close Grip Bench – 4x5 165 • pull ups band 3x10 • Barbell Rows – 4x6–8 heavy. 135 keep proper form • Band Face Pulls – 3x15. Push ups 12 Didn’t record all of it.

Only 14, grateful for the chance to compete as a true freshman. I still have a lot to learn and a lot to improve, but I’ve been putting in work all offseason. I was around 234 my freshman year, and now I’m 250. Thankful for the growth, my coaches who keep pushing me, and trusting God through the process. Being blessed with lengthy arms and having a pops who really knows the weight room helps a lot too.
