Through open & inclusive dialogue, participants shared perspectives to help ensure that UN support aligns with national priorities & the long‑term aspirations of the Maldivian people, advancing sustainable, inclusive, & people‑centered development across the 🇲🇻. #UNSDCF2027_2031

The UN Country Team in Maldives concluded a two‑day Strategic Prioritization Workshop to take forward the formulation of next UNSDCF (2027–2031).

UNRC Hao Zhang joined national partners for the High-Level Dialogue to advance #EarlyWarningsForAll and strengthen climate resilience in the Maldives.

In his opening remarks, UNRC Hao Zhang underscored that as🇲🇻advances toward finalizing its 20‑year NDP, reinforcing a results framework that promotes inclusive, resilient & productivity‑driven growth is vital, noting the exemplary leadership demonstrated throughout the process.

Today, @UNESCAP commenced the first day of the Workshop on EPiC and Productivity‑Driven Economic Growth, supporting the ongoing formulation of the Maldives’ 20‑year National Development Plan.
