XDB Chain and its wallet are operating as a non-custodial system, meaning the team does not control, hold, or block user funds. The wallet is simply an interface to interact with the network, and transactions are executed directly on-chain. If you’re seeing issues with withdrawals, it’s usually related to app sync, network conditions, or user-side setup, not because funds are being held by the team. Also important: no legitimate team member will ever ask for your recovery phrase. If that has happened, it’s a major red flag and could compromise your wallet. If you’re having a specific issue (error message, stuck transaction, etc.), share the details and we can help you troubleshoot it.
