Get credit for what you’re already doing. Set a "Minimum Viable GPA": Decide what grade you need to stay safe, hit that, and then pour your remaining energy into Web3. Don't chase a 4.0 if it costs you a career-defining opportunity. ​​School teaches you how to think; Web3 teaches you how to build. Don’t drop one for the other, just learn to bridge them.
