Looking back at @FIAconnect's Global Cleared Markets Conference 2026, #Boca in sunny Florida🌴☀️We were delighted to once again support the FIA community – our seventh time participating in the event. This year’s sessions covered a wide range of topics, including the role of prediction markets for institutional traders, the challenge of setting up trusted guardrails for digital asset markets and the potential impact of tokenization on the financial system, as well as the importance of maintaining the right balance between innovation, risk and appropriate regulation. With a focus on innovation, what was discussed less was how the actual technology is implemented. In the existing regulated exchange and post-trade infrastructure, safe deployment of new systems comes through rigorous testing. As part of this year’s Tester’s Day program held in Tbilisi, Georgia by GeoSTQB and @ISTQBORG, Merium Hazem and Merihan Hazem, Middle Software Testers at Exactpro, presented 'Testing the Untestable: Metamorphic Testing for Complex and Non-Deterministic Systems'. They introduced metamorphic testing as a powerful strategy for validating complex systems – not by checking fixed expected results, but by observing and verifying relationships between inputs and outputs.
