Volunteers Needed! The Academy’s portfolio of educational programs and products has grown significantly both in the number and types of content offered, and breadth of content. To support this growth, the Academy is continually looking to expand the Education Content Advisory Committee (ECAC), which supports the Academy’s educational committees in identifying experts and developing content across programs and platforms. AAPM&R has published new clinical guidance on the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for knee osteoarthritis to support evidence-informed practice in a rapidly evolving orthobiologics landscape. Knee OA represents the most extensively studied application of PRP and is the most commonly treated joint with PRP, making this guidance highly relevant and broadly applicable to PM&R practice.
