@ARITZIA I shopped from your outlet store and when I went to return the item, I wasn’t given my money back to the original payment method. Instead I was given a store credit. I wasn’t informed about this when I purchased. I want my money back to the original payment method.

@ARITZIA what is this forced exclusivity you’re creating by limiting stock? If you’re not restocking items say so and be clear. Having us call support or sign up for restock notifications that aren’t coming is a waste of time.
@ARITZIA bought a $400 coat only to survive 1 wash dry cycle before seams started come apart. They won't even compensate me for damage, only offering 10% which is about $38, that won't even cover repair cost. Avoid buying their puffers!
In addition, all they could do was waive the shipping fee for me to send the coat back or exchange the coat and pay the difference for a new one. Extremely disappointing @ARITZIA as this was an error on your part.
order an Aritzia wool coat during there sale, ordered an XL and when I received it, the price tag showed extra large and the tag on the coat shows medium, the coat is now all sold out in every size.
