South Africa doesn't have a xenophobia problem.
You cannot just allow every Tom, Dick, and Harry into a country for decades on end and when South Africans get pissed about it.. slap them with being xenophobes.

Still unconvinced that JNIM's endgame in Mali is governance. What they most likely prefer is the fall of the Goita-led government & institution of a 'friendlier' regime which tolerates its strategic economic networks. Governance of Mali is surely overly risky/resource intensive?
