On Thursday, April 2, Kenmore Elementary School will conduct an ALICE drill in partnership with law enforcement. The campus will be closed from 9:00-10:00 AM.

On Monday, March 30, Charlestown Elementary School will conduct an ALICE drill in partnership with law enforcement. The campus will be closed from 9:15-10:15 AM.

On Friday, March 27, Rising Sun Middle School will conduct an ALICE drill in partnership with law enforcement. The campus will be closed from 1:00-2:00 PM.

We had an inspiring afternoon yesterday at the Carver Center for the 2026 CCPS Teacher of the Year Meet and Greet! It was a privilege to hear from our nominees and celebrate their commitment to our students and community. The final winner will be announced on April 21.

On Wednesday, March 18, Elkton Middle School will conduct an ALICE drill in partnership with law enforcement. The campus will be closed from 9:45-10:45 AM.

On Tuesday, March 17, Gilpin Manor Elementary School will conduct an ALICE drill in partnership with law enforcement. The campus will be closed from 9:15-10:15 AM.

On Thursday, March 12, Cherry Hill Middle School will conduct an ALICE drill in partnership with law enforcement. The campus will be closed from 8:15-9:15 AM.

The inaugural CCPS Elementary Basketball Play Day was a slam dunk! It wasn’t just about the score—it was about the smiles, school spirit, and fun. A huge thanks to the coaches, staff, and families who supported our stars. Our students had an absolute blast on the court!
