On Saturday, 2 of my female staff called me crying that one of the male staff just sl*pped them on both cheeks. I was livid and ran back to the store to challenge him and sack him because I will never condone such nonsense. On getting to the store, I was told that another male staff had be*ten him as well for hitting ladies. I still made up my mind to sack him till the ladies then started pleading on his behalf that he had apologized. I was actually still so pissed since Saturday so I made up my mind on what to do. Today, I got to the office and called all my female staff to come out to witness something. There were also other female guests there so I told the 2 girls that were sl*pped to sl*p him back. They were hesitating so I told them if they didn’t, I was going to get people who will. They sha eventually gave him 2 sl*ps each and tbh, I think I feel better. 😂😂😂😂 I will not allow this sort of behavior around me and I need to pass a clear message to my girls that I will protect them no matter what happens!
