From the first Friday release date of the month, March has been blasted with unexpected standouts. There were bull's eyes from Zerre, Vanta, Abyssius and Nociception. The new Xenobiotic LP sounds phenomenal too. Despite those worthy contenders, my month belonged to Nocturnal Ceremony. Just a massive album from start to finish that was decades in the making. Easily my AOTM for March.

"Abyssal Womb" is a fine representation of the style, having a sublime sound and faultless execution, and more importantly, it will stay with you long after the album is over.
