An extremely RARE setup has developed on the S&P 500 that has only happened twice in the last 10+ years…
From the capitulation volume bottom at $630, $SPY with the ceasefire news will squeeze to $690+
From here $SPY sees a final corrective selloff marking the yearly bottom at $610.
The Iran & U.S. conflict will continue to receive ceasefire extensions till a deal is made.

Mortgage defaults in the U.S. are now back to pre-pandemic levels.
In Q4 2025, 4.3% of mortgage holders were in default, a level slightly higher than 2019 figures.
This return to normalcy in mortgage defaults is actually good news, as it means more inventory will be hitting the market.
Of course - we're still well below the 2009 and pandemic peak for mortgage defaults. (when 8-10% of borrowers were in default).
I don't think we'll hit those highs again in mortgage defaults.
However, it's reasonable to expect mortgage defaults will keep increasing over the next several years as more and more existing owners transfer to 6%+ rates,

$660 target coming up quickly $SPY
This was old support and could now turn into new resistance
$670 is where the Daily 33 FVB is sitting and we rejected there every time since the top
I’m hoping for the best, but expecting a trap between $660-$670

When will homebuyers return to the U.S. Housing Market?
When affordability hits the yellow line.
Currently, the Mortgage Payment/Income Ratio is 36.5%, near the highest level on record, and comparable to the 2006 housing bubble.
The long-term average is 30%, and it will take affordability crossing below that level for homebuyers to come back into the market.
Until then, demand will remain low.
And homebuyers will remain on strike.

All indicators are aligned for a counter trend relief rally on the S&P 500 to occur over these next few days…
With $SPY making lower lows, & meanwhile $VIX not making higher highs; this indicates a clear pivot spot formed.
Notably right before close someone bought $1.2M worth of $SPY 2DTE $643 calls.
Implied upside is $653 by Mid-April before the selloff continues.
