I’m shocked at the experience I’ve had with HP World – Checkmate, Fort Mumbai after buying the HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 (~₹2 lakh).
Within 25 days, the laptop began lagging like a decade‑old device, showed battery faults, and kept switching on/off on its own.
The HP Fort store acknowledged the defects, yet my laptop has been lying with them for 3 weeks with zero updates.
No calls. No follow‑ups. No accountability.
A senior engineer from OrareGa Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.(HP CARE) inspected the laptop and submitted a report confirming serious issues — still no action from HP.
The area manager Pusha Yadav stopped responding after day 2.
Worse, the store executive Dishika Singh threw my laptop on the desk and told me to “take it and walk away.”
This is the after‑sales service for a ₹2 lakh flagship HP laptop.
Meanwhile, my Apple devices — costing less — have never failed me like this.
HP, is this how you treat customers who invest in your top‑tier products?
I need a refund now — not silence, excuses, and disrespect.

It’s now been almost a month since I raised this issue, and still no accountability from HP World Checkmate Fort, HP India, or the service team. No updates. No resolution. No ownership. My ₹2 lakh OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 is still stuck with them, and I’m being completely ignored despite a confirmed engineer report showing serious defects. This level of negligence and silence from HP is unacceptable. I need a proper resolution — not endless delays.

@HP I pay £80 a month for the convenience of paper & ink being sent to me so o can operate my small business. I have no paper but lots of credits ‘in the pot.’ Phoned up four times in the last two weeks. Still no paper. Agent told me she doesn’t know when I will get paper.
