@JustPark I parked in St Anthony’s car park in Penzance for 41 minutes today the 12th of April. I was charged £4.80 when an hour of £2/£2.50, why was I charged so much for 41 minutes? Disgusting

Have received an email from @JustPark to notify us that they’ve cancelled our valet parking for Fri-Sun that we booked/paid for over a year ago! We’re blue badge holders with absolutely no alternative provided.

@EL_James74 Hi Emma, I have looked into this and have been advised that prices at this car park are demand-based, so they can go up when it’s busy. We monitor this listing closely and only step in if prices don’t match official signage.

Can confirm the new @JustPark system in Belfast is woeful. Have to pick select times… but when forced to overestimate past 6pm… it says you can’t have the space. Wasn’t broke… didn’t need to be changed… but I suppose customer annoyance is worth the extra £££s @belfastcc 🙄

@JustPark your system is on the blink today. I cannot pay for parking at location 80710.
Google Pay fails and adding details manually results in an infinite loop of accepting different EULA and GDRP stuff... I just wanna park the damn car for half an hour!

@JustPark So if you pay for parking for an hour in 1 spot, leave early and drive to a completely different town, it won't let me book my new parking as the previous is still 'in session' with no option to cancel?!?! Yeah great app 👍
