Ten years ago today Johan Cruyff passed away. The night Barcelona lost Pep Guardiola's first La Liga match as head coach, everyone around Cruyff said Pep was not ready. Cruyff watched the same game and said it was the best football he had seen in years. That tells you everything about the man we lost a decade ago. When Guardiola took his first La Liga match as Barcelona head coach in 2008, Barcelona lost 1-0 to newly promoted Numancia. Everyone around Cruyff was already calling it a disaster. Cruyff turned to his son Jordi and said it was the best football he had seen in years. Jordi disagreed. But Cruyff never looked at the end product of 90 minutes. He looked at the end product of many years to come. He was right. And I want you to understand exactly how right he was. That first season Guardiola led Barcelona to the treble, La Liga, Copa del Rey and the Champions League, becoming the youngest manager to ever lift the European Cup at 37 years old. In total he accumulated 14 trophies across four seasons at Barcelona, the most successful managerial stint in the club's history. He then went to Bayern Munich and became the first foreign coach to win the Bundesliga three times in a row, adding seven trophies in three seasons in Bavaria. At Manchester City he has won six Premier League titles including four consecutive ones from 2021 to 2024, the first time in history any club had achieved that. ”Det skulle bara hålla ett år” – fem år senare fiskar vi fortfarande När vi startade Dumpen fick vi tidigt höra exakt hur det skulle sluta. ”Det där håller max ett år.” ”Sen har alla lärt sig ert arbetssätt.” ”Ni kommer bara kunna jobba runt Göteborg.” ”Ni fiskar bara en viss sorts människor.” ”Nästan inga utlandsfödda.” ”Bara folk med funktionsnedsättning.” Listan är lång. Fantasin ännu längre. Nu sitter vi här, fem år senare, med cirka 730 publicerade gäddor och ett facit som fullständigt pulveriserar alla dessa påståenden. Ett tvärsnitt av Sverige – inget annat I Sverige finns det ungefär 2,2 miljoner utlandsfödda, alltså runt 20 % av befolkningen. Tittar man på Dumpens publiceringar så är våra gäddor just det: ett tvärsnitt av samhället. Inte en särskild grupp. Inte en viss hudfärg. Inte ett särskilt bostadsområde. Inte ett visst parti. Inte en viss utbildningsnivå. Precis som verkligheten ser ut. Att påstå att Dumpen ”bara fiskar en sorts människor” är lika seriöst som att säga att rattfylleri bara begås av pizzabagare eller att skattefusk bara sker i Norrland. Det är helt enkelt falskt. ”Bara personer med funktionsnedsättning”? Den här myten är kanske den grövsta. Har ni ens varit inne på Dumpen? Vi harbland annat konfronterat: •advokater •poliser •lärare •läkare •rektorer •lastbilschaufförer •scoutledare •idrottstränare •tulltjänstemän •pensionärer Listan är längre än ett kommunalt upphandlingsavtal. Det här är inte ett problem som sitter i en diagnos. Det sitter i vuxna människor som söker barn sexuellt. Och det är just därför vissa hatar Dumpen: för att vi tar bort deras favoritförklaring. Inte lokalt. Inte tillfälligt. Inte selektivt. Vi fick också höra att vi bara skulle kunna jobba runt Göteborg. I dag har vi varit i: Kiruna. Malmö. Stockholm. Skåne. Norrland. Småstäder. Landsbygd. Förorter. Innerstad. Grooming känner inga kommungränser. Det bryr sig inte om postnummer. Det bryr sig inte om var du är född. Det bryr sig inte om vilken titel du har på LinkedIn. Det enda det bryr sig om är tillgång till barn. Det obekväma som många inte vill höra Dumpen belyser ett av Sveriges största samhällsproblem: att vuxna söker sexuellt kontakt med barn – systematiskt, dagligen, överallt. Det är inte: •ett invandringsproblem •ett klassproblem •ett yrkesproblem •ett lokalt problem Det är ett människoproblem. Och just därför är det så obehagligt. För då kan vi inte peka på ”de andra”. Då måste vi erkänna att gäddorna finns överallt. I villakvarter. I föreningslivet. I yrken vi litar på. I samhällsstrukturer vi helst vill tro är trygga. Fem år senare Vi skulle bara hålla ett år. Vi skulle bli irrelevanta. Vi skulle inte hitta fler. Vi skulle bara hitta ”en viss sort”. I dag har vi hundratals konfrontationer bakom oss och ännu fler framför oss. Det säger inte något om Dumpen. Det säger något om Sverige. Problemet är inte att Dumpen finns. Problemet är att Dumpen behövs. Och tills den dagen då inga vuxna längre söker barn sexuellt, så kommer vi fortsätta fiska – oavsett postnummer, efternamn eller yrkestitel. Barnens trygghet är inte en statistikfråga. Den är ett ansvar. Och det ansvaret tänker vi inte lägga ifrån oss.

🚨 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪: Johan Cruyff did not play the World Cup in 1978 due to a traumatizing experience in 1977. On Monday the 19th of September in 1977 at 20:30 CET, Johan Cruyff was watching television while his 3 children were in bed. The bell of his apartment rang and his wife took the call, a man with a package was standing in front of the door and wanted to deliver a package to Cruyff, his wife allowed it and opened the door. When the man delivered the package to Cruyff he suddenly grabbed his gun. He aimed his gun at Johan Cruyff's head and tied his hands and feet down. During the event, his little daughter woke up and started looking around the corner towards the living room, fully experiencing what was happening. Due to his wife's screaming, the neighbors were alarmed and managed to overpower the man. After Johan Cruyff freed himself he picked up the gun, walked towards the man and started pointing the gun to his face while saying: "So, how does it feel watching a gun being pointed at your face?" The man's name was Carlos Gonzalez Verburg, he turned out to be half Dutch. After he was released from jail he lived in anonymity, eventually dying in 2014. The Netherlands would reach the World Cup Final in 1978, losing 3-1 to Argentina.
