He would explain what was planned, what went wrong, and why certain things could not proceed as expected. Anyone in Kaduna who paid attention during that period can confirm this. That is why defending him comes naturally to many of us, because it is based on knowledge and firsthand awareness, not guesswork.

One thing that continually annoys me on this space is how they use lies regarding post-subsidy increase in FAAC to justify the ineptitude of the federal government. For example, Oyo state received about 158billion($352million)FAAC in 2022 and 213 billion($142 million) in 2025. There is only a nominal increase, there is no valuable or real increase.
