We are excited to announce that the 2026 Football Law Annual Moot Finals will take place in the vibrant city of Lagos, Nigeria! As the global football transfer market continues to evolve, this year’s competition will focus on the legal intricacies that shape players' careers.

We are deeply grateful to Ricardo De Buen, a distinguished international sports Lawyer and CAS Arbitrator, for his invaluable contributions to FLAM 2025. He delivered an insightful session on Examining the Jurisdiction of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Breach of Contract Claims, offering participants a clear and practical understanding of one of the most critical areas of international sports dispute resolution. His analysis was both rigorous and accessible, bridging doctrine with real-world application. In addition, Ricardo served as the Head of the Mediation Panel, where his leadership, experience, and measured approach ensured a high standard of engagement and professionalism throughout the mediation proceedings. He also contributed as a member of the Arbitration Panel, bringing depth, balance, and judicial precision to the evaluation process. His involvement across multiple stages of the competition greatly enriched the learning experience for all participants. Hace unos días, en la sede de la ONU en México, se realizó una entrevista a Ricardo de Buen, respecto de la lucha contra la manipulación de competencias deportivas. En estos días compartiremos algunos fragmentos.

El 26 y 27 de este mes, se llevó a cabo, en la @UNODCmexico , un encuentro muy interesante, enfocado a la protección del deporte en México contra la manipulación de partidos. @rdebuen tuvo el honor de participar como expositor junto con prestigiados colegas.

🕵️Investigar y 👩‍⚖️enjuiciar la manipulación de competiciones exige metodologías claras y herramientas efectivas. En el taller contra la manipulación de competencias en #México compartimos guías prácticas de @UNODC y @iocmedia para fortalecer estas respuestas.
