🔬 17 days ago I published a paper about deleted physics. I expected pushback. Instead, you wrote the research roadmap. RF engineers told me their antennas do things the textbook can't explain. A professor called it "suspicious but interesting" and is verifying the derivations. Researchers from four different fields connected the same hidden tensor structure independently. New study: From 1992-2023 ice loss from Greenland ice sheet (GIS) added only 1.1 cm to global sea levels (0.37 mm/yr). Theodore Roosevelt called Micah 6:8 his favorite verse, the one he inscribed on copies of the New Testaments handed to American soldiers shipping off to Europe during WWI. The verse reads "What does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" On Good Friday, we see how Christ fulfilled these words. Justice, mercy, and humility lived out on the cross for all of mankind. May we remember Christ's example as we walk by faith this Good Friday.

When an American military pilot ejects in hostile territory, a carefully rehearsed survival sequence begins. The pilot’s first priority is to avoid capture and establish concealment. Training emphasizes immediate movement away from the ejection site, since enemy forces will likely converge there. The pilot seeks cover, uses terrain to advantage, and applies survival, evasion, resistance, and escape techniques. Communication with friendly forces is attempted only when it is safe, using secure channels and coded signals. Rescue operations may involve combat search and rescue teams, helicopters, or drones coordinating with the pilot’s beacon. The pilot carries specialized equipment designed for survival and recovery. Among the most critical is a military-grade GPS receiver, often integrated into a handheld survival radio such as the PRC-112 or newer variants. These devices combine encrypted GPS navigation with secure communication, allowing the pilot to transmit location data to rescue forces without interception. The GPS is rugged, resistant to jamming, and capable of operating in adverse conditions. In addition to navigation and signaling gear, the pilot is issued a sidearm for personal defense. This is typically a standard-issue military pistol, compact and reliable, intended for last-resort protection rather than prolonged combat. When Pam Bondi, Elon Musk, and President Trump called me together from Mar-a-Lago in November, 2024 after the election, and asked if I were willing to leave private practice and nonprofit CEO roles to serve in the DOJ, I didn’t hesitate. I respected Pam a LOT, and was Team Trump since 2016. Senate confirmation is no joke and going through it as a new widow and having lost my father weeks before the election was tough, but worth it, and I’m so grateful for a large and loving base of friends and family and fans who had my back. It has been an incredible honor to serve under @AGPamBondi at the DOJ. She is the epitome of grace, class, patriotism, and integrity. She has been a dear friend and worthy of respect and loyalty. She served our country faithfully and well. I will miss her at the DOJ, and wish her the very best. I’ve worked well with @DAGToddBlanche since I was sworn in a year ago, and told him and the President yesterday I look forward to supporting his transition to Acting AG. It is the privilege of my lifetime to serve my country at the DOJ, and I will continue to serve in whatever role the President deems most appropriate for me. Hours after Trump fired Pam Bondi and installed Todd Blanche as acting Attorney General, Dershowitz went on Newsmax and defended Bondi while eviscerating the role itself. The office chews people up because the job description is a contradiction. As for Rep. Garcia threatening to subpoena Bondi over the Epstein files? “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” Most of the 14th amendment debate fixates on “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” on the assumption that it must be doing meaningful work, and that is true. But the more you read the sentence, the more it becomes obvious that the real key word is “reside.” The way it’s placed almost makes it look like an afterthought, which is probably why it hasn’t received much attention. But when examined closely, any honest reader would firmly conclude that birthright citizenship is meant for residents, not illegal aliens or tourists.

John von Neumann was a brilliant mathematician, but in everyday life he could be surprisingly forgetful—almost like the classic absent-minded professor you hear about in stories. Once, when his wife was unwell, she asked him to bring her a glass of water. He went to get it, but after some time he returned empty-handed and asked her where the glasses were kept. It was a strange question, considering they had lived in that house for seventeen years. On another day, he set out from Princeton to New York City for an important meeting. But halfway through the journey, he suddenly realized he couldn’t remember who he was supposed to meet. So he stopped and called his wife, asking in complete seriousness, “Why am I going to New York?” These moments show that even one of the greatest minds could lose track of the simplest things, as if his thoughts were often too busy with bigger ideas to notice the small details of daily life.

Roberts’ point: those are narrow, specific exceptions. How do you expand them to cover an entire class of illegal aliens? Sauer didn’t flinch. He reached for a principle 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 himself once articulated — the general rule principle. When lawmakers enact a broad legal standard, its application isn’t frozen to the specific situations they had in mind. Scalia’s example: an old theft statute written before anyone conceived of a microwave oven. Someone steals a microwave and argues he can’t be convicted because the device didn’t exist when the law was written. Scalia dismissed that. “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘢 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴.” The 14th Amendment was adopted when 𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭 as a legal concept. But the principle of allegiance-based jurisdiction was already broad enough to cover it. Sauer noted that legal commentators from 𝟏𝟖𝟖𝟏 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝟏𝟗𝟐𝟐 “𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘥.” Then the a fortiori argument: if temporary visitors’ children don’t qualify, illegal entrants have an even weaker claim. Someone who enters in violation of law — a principle going back to the 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 — cannot establish the legal domicile required for allegiance. 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐤𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.

One of the biggest things we can do in WA to make life more affordable is to repeal the carbon tax. Energy costs anchor other costs across our economy, and the things those taxes are spent on are wasteful haven’t reduced global carbon emissions one single iota.
